FAQs

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders nor cash.

 

How much is shipping?

Economy shipping is FREE to all 50 US states.  Shipping charges for other destinations will be displayed on the checkout page.

 

Where do you ship to?

In addition to the US and Canada, we ship to most countries all over the world.

 

How long will it take to get my order?

Handling Time: All orders are ship out the day after payment has cleared. We do not ship on weekends and holidays.

Delivery Time: Typically, 2-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order ships and include a tracking number.

 

RETURNS

 

How do I return an item I do not want or doesn’t fit?

 

We will gladly accept a returned item, if it is in the same condition as when it was sent, including any tags or labels. Please contact us before sending an item back.

 

Can I exchange an item?

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges because we typically only have a one of each item, however, we do offer refunds for returned items.

 

How do I return an item that is defective?

Everything we sell is covered by our 30-day guarantee. We will replace any defective item (if in stock) or will issue a FULL refund (if not in stock). You MUST contact us before returning any item.

 

How and when will I get my refund?

Refunds are issued by the same method in which the original payment was made. The refund will be issued within 7 days from when we receive the returned item.

 

OTHER QUESTIONS?

Can you measure an article of clothing for me?

Due to the overwhelming number of requests we receive to do this, AND the large number of items we have for sale, we cannot cost-effectively provide any additional measurements. Please check the size chart on the item page, or the designer’s website for this information. We apologize for the inconvenience.
